How long does it take to make the product?
QC (Quality Control), handwork system is applied to all Khal Lude’s products, all customized products take about 3 to 5 weeks on average.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No, it is not possible.
Since this is a manual production service, you cannot change or cancel your order after payment has been processed. But, you can cancel your order before we staring production.
Are colors shown on your platform reliable?
Please note that colours on our website will vary slightly depending how your monitor is calibrated. We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product you are purchasing but we cannot guarantee a perfect match every time due to almost limitless variations in home monitor set ups.
Also, we work with natural materials (leather hides), each leather hide can vary and accept antiques creams/dyes differently, a slight colour variation may accrue, this is out of our control, we do our best to keep this as consistent as possible.
I received a product that is different from my order.
All of our customized products are handcrafted entirely at your request and we strictly follow the design guidelines. If this happens, you can get a full refund or remanufacture.
The product came in a damaged/defective state.
Khal Lude value the product’s quality first.
QC goes into the entire process, and we record the short videos and photos of your product’s status before shipment. If the product is shipped without checking the condition of the product, you can get a full refund or remanufacture.

Is it possible to ship worldwide?
Yes, of course.
Since we use the DHL Express Worldwide service, we can deliver worldwide.
How long does it takes for the delivery?
When the production is completed, it is sent out from our factory in Spain after a final inspection process.
Delivery time may vary by your country and postal code.
Most orders are delivered 3-4 days after shipment.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free.
Do I have to pay for duties or import taxes?
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the products. So you have to pay for them until the package is delivered. they are differ from the customs of your country. Each country has different regulations regarding taxes and duties.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from PayPal.
Why is my credit card being rejected for payment?
There are many reasons for a transaction to fail, please check the info below and try again:
Wrong card data: please try again, and make sure you enter exactly the same information printed on the card
Credit/debit limit: some cards have a daily/monthly transaction limit (for ex. 800 EURO), for security reasons: please, contact your bank or try with another card
Is it safe to pay with my credit card on your site?
Yes, of course.
Just as we value the quality of our products, we put the privacy of you and all of our customers first.
The security certificate is installed on our homepage, so it is safer and more reliable from hacking threats, and because the Paypal payment system is used, an abusing act cannot occur.
How do I check my shipping information?
Once the product has been manufactured and shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track your order and information about your order.

How can I choose the size?
Please check the size guid before you order the product.
Refer to the size guid section of this site, you can check the information of the size and each country size chart.

If the size is incorrect, is it possible to modify or remanufacture the product?
1. If You Used the App.
If you purchased the product after using the app to measure your size, Khal Lude will bear 100% of the exchange for incorrect sizing and will proceed with remanufacturing a product.
You can only make one request for an exchange for the same product.
2. If You Did Not Use the App.
We recommend that you purchase the product after using the app to measure your size to reduce errors with sizing.

You can request one exchange for a different size if you purchased the product without using the app.
We will remanufacture the product for you, and you will be responsible for paying 50% of the product price.
When requesting an exchange,* the product must be in the same condition as it was received. There should be no external wear marks on the product (visible wear on the top or sole of the shoe, no visible wrinkles or signs of elasticity on the surface).
We must receive the product within 14 days.
*We make a video of each product to ensure it is in the absolute best condition before it is shipped.
Exchanges will not be offered for the following:
– Exchanges and refunds due to a simple change of mind.
– Orders that are made with Exotic leather.
– Any of the products in the “Exotic Skins” category.
– Specially customized products with lettering and images engraved on the leather.
– Initials engraved on the sole.
Precautions.
Exchanges that have not been approved by the company will be rejected.
Be sure to contact us and get approval before sending the product for an exchange.
